Labor Tab - By Technician Team Screen

Use this screen to create, edit, mark complete, print, and delete labor assignments in a repair order workfile. The search results are grouped by technician / team. Columns in this screen can be sorted.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label Description
Summary (Views pane) Select this option to view the summary pane for labor hours in the repair order workfile.
By Labor Type (Views pane) Select this option to view a list of labor assignments that have been created. This list can be sorted by clicking on each column header label.
By Technician/Team (Views pane) Select this option to view a list of labor assignments that have been created. This list can be sorted by clicking on each column header label. The Summary and By Labor Type views are not visible while viewing this screen.
New Labor Assignment Create a labor assignment by selecting this option.
Print Report printing options include printing the Summary, By Labor Type, By Technician / Team, and Work Orders reports.
Print Preview Report print preview options include viewing the Summary, By Labor Type, By Technician / Team, and Work Orders reports.
By Technician/Team (pane) This is the label name of the pane. View a list of labor assignments in this screen where each column can be sorted. Options in this pane allow you to edit, mark complete, mark incomplete, print, and delete individual labor assignments.
(selected labor assignment mini-toolbar) View this toolbar by clicking on a labor assignment. Mini-toolbar options allow you to edit, mark complete, mark incomplete, print, and delete the labor assignment. Select the gray up button to hide, or the gray down button to show the mini-toolbar.
Edit Select this mini-toolbar option to open the selected labor assignment for editing.
Complete Select this mini-toolbar option to mark the selected labor assignment complete. A blue flag is displayed to the left of the Labor Type column when you select this option. This option is enabled when the labor assignment has assigned hours not marked incomplete.
Incomplete Select this mini-toolbar option to mark the selected completed labor assignment as incomplete. A blue flag is displayed to the left of the Labor Type column when you select this option. This option is enabled when the labor assignment has assigned hours marked complete.
Print Select this mini-toolbar option to print the selected labor assignment.
Delete Select this mini-toolbar option to delete the selected labor assignment.
Labor Type A description for each labor type is displayed in this column.
RO Hours This is the total repair order hours taken from the estimate tab and ordered by labor type.
Assigned Hours (Flat Rate / Commission) This is the total number of assigned hours for all technicians and teams. This value applies only to employees who are paid flat rate or commission. This list is ordered by labor type.
Paid Hours (Flat Rate / Commission) This is the total number of paid hours for all technicians and teams. This value applies only to employees who are paid flat rate or commission. The list is ordered by labor type.
Assigned Hours (Hourly) This is the total number of assigned hours for all technicians and teams. This value applies only to employees who are paid hourly. This list is ordered by labor type.
Clocked Hours (Hourly) This is the total number of clocked hours for all technicians and teams. This value applies only to employees who are paid hourly. The list is ordered by labor type.
Total Labor Values in this row represent that total number of hours by category (e.g., assigned and paid hours for flat rate / commission paid employees , and assigned and clocked hours for employees paid hourly).
